Help Desk

The Help Desk is the first line of support for the other enterprises of the Oneida Indian Nation. Whether it is a question or a problem related to hardware such as computers, printers and scanners or software such as Excel, Word or Micros, the Help Desk is your 24/7 1st line of support.

You can contact the Help Desk for any computer related questions or problems encountered by dialing 361-7786. If you require immediate assistance, please press “2”. For less critical issues please press “1” and a Technician will return your call promptly.

Reminder: Your PC is not backed up.

Request for Support Form

This form is used for multiple purposes:

  • To request the moving of hardware including desktop PC, monitor, printers, etc
  • Adding hardware to existing machines (such as: CD-ROM drives, ZIP drives, etc)
  • New hardware to be specified and purchased
  • Requests to install software on a machine including any changes to AS400 reports
  • Request for a loaner laptop or computer

Access Management Form

(Formerly the Security Application Form)

This form is used when a new or existing employee needs upgraded access, different access or a name change in a system. IT requests this type of change be submitted to the IT Help Desk 10 business days prior to the changes taking effect.
