Early Learning Center

The Early Learning Center provides care for children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years old, of Oneida Nation members, Native Americans and team members.

We believe this is one of the most crucial developmental periods in a child’s life and the years spent at the ELC will be your child’s first introduction to a lifetime of learning. Accordingly, our program is developmentally appropriate for young children. This means that our curriculum is play-based, which is the child’s natural medium of learning. Through play, children explore, discover, talk, take risks, make choices, solve problems, and use their imaginations while learning at their own pace.

Our program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the nation’s largest organization of early childhood educators. Accreditation verifies our Center’s compliance with the criteria for high quality programs.
