In most cases, we will post a position internally for 5 days before posting externally. There will be some rare cases where we post simultaneously due to complexity and expediency to fill the role, with the understanding that in alignment with our culture of opportunity and new service standards, we are always looking for those who have already shown their friendliness, respect, passion, skill and integrity and will provide preference to qualified internal applicants regardless of when a role posts externally.
