It’s easy to access your W-2 information in UKG!
- Use Safari or Google Chrome web browsers on a desktop computer to visit UKG at ultipro.com/Login.aspx to sign in to your UKG account. The company access code is onehcm.
- Navigate to Self/Pay/W-2, then select the tax year and click the printer to print and/or download your form.

LOG IN FROM A DESKTOP
- W-2s are available and can be printed from on the desktop version of UKG. As a reminder, the company access code is: onehcm. W-2s are not accessible on the UKG App
- Everyone, including those who opted to have W-2s mailed, and those who are no longer with the company but worked during the tax year can access their W-2 through UKG on a desktop
- If you did opt-in to have your W-2 mailed to you, it will be mailed to your address on file in UKG on January 31st. Please monitor your mail carefully as it will look similar to a paystub, but will be labeled as a tax document
