Vehicle Repair Drop-Off Post 5 Instructions

Vehicle Repair appointments must be scheduled by calling 315-829-8103. Remember, while it is not necessary to schedule an appointment for an oil change, we do encourage employees are encouraged to an appointment for oil changes due to possible business volume or staffing issues.
On the day of the scheduled appointment employees can enjoy a convenient and easy drop-off service in designated spots located in the lot across from the Turning Stone Employee Entrance (post 5).
Complete a Car Care Appointment envelope located in the black Car Care box at the foot of the stairs. Place your keys in the envelope, and place the sealed envelope in the black Car Care box.
Vehicles will be returned to the lot upon completion of the service. Payment of service and pickup of keys are available at the General Cage Bank (near TS Marketplace). Just knock and a team member will help you.

Hours of Operation

Car Wash: 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm
Car Care: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Heavy Duty Repair Shop: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm.

Drop-Off Instructions

Park your vehicle at the Security Parking Lot in the spots designated for “TS Car Care”
Fill out an envelope at the black drop box (near the stairs). Remember to include your keys before placing the sealed envelope in the drop box
Call TS Car Care to pick up your vehicle

Pick-Up Instructions

Pay your TS Car Care bill and pick up your keys at the cash registers located in the Team Member Café
Remember to bring your Employee TS Rewards Card to earn points
Your vehicle will be parked in one of the “Car Care” parking spots
