Thank your Retiree for their Service!
We are so excited for your team member to start off on the next phase of their journey. We can’t thank them enough for their years of dedication to Oneida Indian Nation. Here are some requirements and qualifications for the sponsored celebration. If someone doesn’t qualify for the below, it doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be celebrated. Teams are more than welcome to celebrate their Retiree and/or to add to the celebration below to make it extra special.
Employee Requirements for the Retirement Celebration
- Employee must submit retirement resignation with a minimum of two weeks notice
- Employee must be of full or part time status at time of retirement
- Employee must be at least 60 years of age on retirement date
- Employee must have a minimum of 10 years of service
Retirement Celebration
If the Retiree meets the above requirements, Human Resources will schedule a special celebration and the Retiree will receive the following:
- A personalized letter of congratulations on career achievement from CEO and Oneida Nation Enterprises Representative, Ray Halbritter
- Balloons delivered to their department for a retirement celebration
- A gift basket with products from Nation Enterprises with approximately $300 of gifts and gift cards
