The Oneida Indian Nation is proud to recognize the hard work, dedication and loyalty of its employees through our Service Awards Program. The Service Awards Program honors years of service with the Nation beginning with five years and in five year milestones thereafter.
Five Years of Service
Employees achieving five years of service are honored at an annual service awards luncheon each spring. Honorees receive a five year dreamcatcher service award pin and a service award feather containing a sapphire gemstone.
Ten+ Years of Service
Employees achieving ten, fifteen, twenty or more years of service are honored at an annual service awards banquet each summer. Honorees receive a dreamcatcher pin for their appropriate level of service, a service award feather, and a gift selection brochure with twenty-four different gift options as a symbol of appreciation and thanks for their years of service and dedication with the Nation.
