This is a high profile event and we should anticipate multiple revisions to copy and artwork. A designer with time to manipulate and anticipate needs should be assigned. In the past Janice Jardine has been assigned this project.
All content will be sent by Heidi Strong to the graphic designer directly. The actual event date is February 2 - however due to multiple editors on this - we should build in time for copy/artwork changes. In hand date - ideally January 31.
