Supply Chain


The Oneida Indian Nation Supply Chain Department consists of 4 departments: Purchasing, Warehouse, Wardrobe and Car Care. The Supply Chain Department falls under the Professional Services division.  The primary goal of Supply Chain Management is to improve efficiency by coordinating the efforts of various entities in the Supply Chain process. This results in enhanced quality of the products and services purchased and/or provided that are cost effective and delivered where and when needed.

Orders Placed By End User Departments That Did Not Process Through The Purchasing

In effort to ensure that hundreds of packages are received efficiently daily, please:

  1. Always notify the Warehouse via email when you have something delivering to the Warehouse Dock that does not have a Purchase Order. Examples: Samples, Credit Card
    orders, replacement parts etc.
  2. Please ensure that the sender includes your name and department name on the packing slip that should be included with the shipment

Property Disposal Procedures

The Property Disposal Form (refer to link below) is a form that is used when a piece of property is deemed no longer of use to the Nation. This form covers items ranging from computer equipment to obsolete print material. Please complete steps 1 thru 6 of form (refer to step by step instructions in link below) for each item. If you have several items, please provide a detailed listing of items to be disposed of as a separate attachment.

The form needs to be signed by the person completing it (this is who will be contacted by warehouse prior to removal of the property) and the Department Director in step 6. Next, the form should be emailed to Terry Taube in Finance for his review.

Supply Chain will determine (based on the age, condition and value of the piece of property) if the recommended disposal method is appropriate. After the disposal has been approved, the form is forwarded to the warehouse for physical disposal.

The sole responsibility of the Turning Stone Enterprises Wardrobe Department at Turning Stone Resort Casino is to provide our guests with an exceptional customer service experience each and every time; whether it's an exchange, alteration, cleaning or New Hire fitting.

Vendor will only pick up and clean the items described on list. If there is an item that needs to be dry cleaned, but it is not listed, the item can be brought to a Jet Cleaners location. Team member will still receive a discount if badge is shown at beginning of transaction.


Shoe for Crews

The Wardrobe Room offers the service of placing orders for “Shoes for Crews” branded work shoes for team members who are interested in purchasing them. Please refer to this web link shoesforcrews.com to view styles and pricing. There is no shipping charge and there is no tax charge. When the team member is ready to order, they should go to the Wardrobe window and place their order with the attendant. The cost of the shoes will be deducted from the team members payroll check. Once the deduction has occurred, the Wardrobe Team will place the order with Shoes for Crews for the team member. The Wardrobe Room does inventory and readily has for sale, Beverage server shoes for all 3 properties. Shoes for Beverage Servers can be paid for in the General Cashier Bank or by payroll deduction.


Lockers

Lockers located in the hallway leading to Post 5 are monitored and assigned to team members by the Wardrobe Room Team. There may be a waiting list as the number of lockers is limited.

Located at 5235 Patrick Road in Verona, Car Care is a full service repair shop that offers A/C, Batteries, Brake, Tire and Tune Up sales and services to the general public and to our team members. Our technicians are ASE certified.

Appointments/Walk-ins

We accept walk-in appointments for oil changes only. All other services require an appointment. Appointments can be made by calling 315-829-8103.


Team Member Drop Off Program

For team member convenience, TS Car Care offers a car repair appointment drop-off location which is in the parking lot by Post 5. The team member will need to fill out the appointment form and leave it and their keys in the black box that is located near the steps (right by the drop off parking lot location). TS Car Care will make their first car pickups at 8am and will do further pickups during the day based on the pre-booked phone call appointments they receive. Cars will be dropped back off to the parking lot at Post 5 at the pre-determined appointment drop off details requested and arranged. The team members keys will be left in the General Cage Bank located at the back of the house with the Cage Cashiers.
