Eligibility & Contributions

Turning Stone Enterprises offers a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan to encourage all eligible team members to save for a fulfilling retirement! Team members can elect a percentage of their income to contribute to their 401(k), which is deducted from the team members paycheck on a pre-tax basis. The 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan is administered by Fidelity Investments. Fidelity offers team members a variety of investments representing conservative and aggressive investment strategies.

Participants must make their fund selections by calling Fidelity or visiting their website. Participants who do not make investment fund selections will be defaulted to the appropriate Freedom Fund.

Eligibility

All team members who are at least 21 years of age may make voluntary contributions to their 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan beginning at their date of hire or at any time during employment. To be eligible for the Oneida Nation Contribution, team member must meet all these requirements:

  • Completed one (1) year of service with Turning Stone Enterprises
  • Worked at least 1,000 hours during the eligibility year
  • Be age 21 or older

Contributions

Turning Stone Enterprises will match a team members voluntary contribution on a dollar-for-dollar basis up to 5% of that voluntary contribution (known as Matching Contribution).

The Turning Stone Enterprises contributions will automatically begin on the next entry date (January 1 or July 1) following a team member meeting the above eligibility requirements. Team members may change an existing contribution percentage at any time; however, the change will take effect at the beginning of the next pay period.

Team members who wish to take full advantage of the Turning Stone Enterprises generous contribution offer should consider voluntarily contributing at least up to 5% of their own pay to their 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan.
